Research Assistant Interns


Description

The Research Assistant Intern is responsible for assisting and supporting the Health Analytics department in research tasks and quality control practices for ongoing surveillance projects, as well as Internet data coding and data analysis. Thank you!


Required Skills
  • Computer skills - including prior use and proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Duties
Supports/assists with general research tasks: Data entry, Data coding (e.g., qualitative coding of Internet content), Data checking and quality assurance tasks, Create tables/charts/graphs for reports, publications, presentations, Conduct descriptive analyses of data (run frequencies, calculate proportions, etc.) Assist with surveys (questionnaire development, programming, data collection/analysis), With supervision, draft descriptive summaries of results sections for surveillance reports, Provide support for formatting and preparing client reports.

Data Analyst Interns


Description

Duties
Supports/assists with analysis tasks: Conduct statistical analyses for HA research projects. Execute established analytical approaches. Support review of data quality. Interpret and summarize results of statistical analyses. Conduct literature reviews and summarize research findings. Support efforts of Principal Investigator or Senior Researcher on assigned projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, psychology or social science or related-field.
  • Knowledge/experience with health research & data.
  • Knowledge/experience in epidemiology, biostatistics and/or statistical modeling.
  • Ability to review and interpret statistical output.
  • Background or interest in epidemiology, public health, behavioral health/substance abuse or related field.

Staff Accountant


Description

The Staff Accountant is in charge for the processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.


Required Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Deltek Vision (preferred)
  • Other Accounting Softwares

Duties
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including the following: Other duties may be assigned.
  • Processes bi-weekly payroll
  • Inputs data entry of employee information including salary, address changes, garnishments, direct deposit and benefit deduction
  • Set up new deduction in payroll system
  • Maintain employee vacation changes
  • Insures year-end processing of W2’s is accurate and timely
  • Coding of American Express charges and entering of journal entry
  • Process expense reports, and vendor invoice
  • Get approval of all invoices before processing, assure correct amount
  • In charge of the PO system, provide, monitor, match invoices
  • Weekly customer billing
  • Send to correct commercial vendor
  • Contact customers for status on overdue invoices
  • Maintains vendor files
  • Produces year-end 1099’s
  • Process credit card payments
  • Create all customer invoices and posting cash receipts
  • Assist with year-end audit preparation and auditor requests
  • Produces additional reports as needed

Software Engineer Interns


Description

This role will work closely with Inflexxion Technology team to develop Inflexxion SaaS products, and help to integrate Inflexxion services with EMR systems.


Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of a programming languages such as C#, Java or Swift
  • Good knowledge of OOA, OOD, and related design patterns
  • Exposure to web application development is a plus
  • Good knowledge of RDBMS (SQL Server, My SQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle)
  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS, JavaScript and related frameworks
  • Good knowledge of network technology


Duties
  • Assist with the Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Documentation of Inflexxion SaaS solutions.
  • Maintain system stability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, participate in continual improvemen.
  • Develop and deliver integration tools for internal users or external clients.
  • Work with product support team to address customer reported issues.
  • Other duties as assigned by Inflexxion Technology team.


Qualifications
  • Degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or similar numerated discipline.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work individually and on a team.
