    Health Analytics Operations Coordinator

     

    Description

    This role requires support to the Senior Directors in Inflexxion’s Health Analytic (HA) Department in managing Inflexxion Data Services. Inflexxion provides a variety of epidemiologic and social science research services around behavioral health and substance abuse research for industry customers (e.g., industries regulated by the FDA, such as pharmaceutical and tobacco companies) as well as Federal grants (generally National Institutes of Health (NIH) grants). This role supports organizational and administrative activities, processes, work flow and resourcing associated with a broad range of research activities (processes, resourcing, timelines, etc.). This role collaborates with other Inflexxion departments including Program Management Organization, Software Engineering/User Experience, Sales & Marketing, and Finance. 

     

    Required Skills

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to assist in the writing/editing of memos and other research-related documents or materials as appropriate.
    • Ability to communicate between staff of all levels of scientific and technical knowledge.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Facility in Microsoft Suite and management software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS project, etc.).
    • Supervisory experience a plus.

     

    Duties

    Supports HA Department’s Senior Directors in managing Inflexxion data services, including the following:
    • Management of Health Analytics departmental and grant budgets.
    • Monitoring deliverables, delegation of projects, establishing and tracking timelines.
    • Grant processes—including preparation, submission, resourcing and tracking.
    • Creating and ensuring adherence to SOP’s for efficient and effective contracting, reporting and QA processes.
    • Developing and reviewing scientific content of contracts including timelines, and scopes of work.
    • Tracking resource requirements and workflow for Health Analytics department.
    • Facilitates communication with technological infrastructure and communication with IT and Development Engineers.
    • Works with Product Managers, Development Engineers and User Experience on data collection, program updates and fixes in a timely and efficient manner on behalf of Senior Directors.
    • Supports administrative and organizing tasks to meet Health Analytics Department’s training needs.
    • Develops and drafts presentation materials to support new and existing client meetings.
    • Assist Health Analytic department scientists with manuscript and conference presentation planning, processing, tracking, and monitoring.
    • Manage contracts with data, software and other vendors.
    • Manage and facilitate collaboration with other departments including scheduling and coordinating meetings and materials.
    • Other related duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    • Prefer master’s degree with 5+ years administrative experience in a research environment.
    • Working knowledge of behavioral and/or epidemiological research.
    • Strong organizational skills and able to work with collaboratively with many disciplines.

    Recruitment Coordinator

     

    Description

    We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to contact prescribers, practices, and healthcare systems to recruit participants for our innovative, online CME program. This person will be accountable for recruiting new participants as well as maintaining current relationships and networking to uncover new possible collaborators. The recruitment process includes corresponding with potential and existing participants via phone and email, cold calling potential interested systems, and sending out mailings. This person will work closely with the REMS Project Team to carry out these initiatives, and will be involved in all parts of recruitment. The ideal candidate has an interest in behavioral health.

    Inflexxion, in partnership with Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, was awarded a highly competitive grant to develop a set of CME courses. The courses focus on the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) extended release/long acting opioid educational curriculum, Blueprint for REMS Education.

     

    Required Skills

    • Experience in making cold calls/telemarketing
    • Experience in recruitment or promotions
    • Background in public health, healthcare or medicine is preferred
    • Personable and shows strong interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrates professionalism and persistence with calls and contacts
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Duties

    • Email potential participants to set up call initial calls
    • Call potential participants to explain the PainEDU REMS Education Program
    • Conduct follow up calls with all contacts to guide them through to completion
    • Send out informational packets via mail
    • Log all calls and activities in SalesForce
    • Network with providers to expand our reach
    • Suggest new potential participants to recruit
    • Brainstorm additional recruitment strategies
    • Demonstrate an ability to readily master new concepts and be able to articulate program value to hospitals and physicians
    • Create trusting relationship with partners to insure enrollment
    • Listen to needs of participants to help frame our program to fit their needs
    • Attend weekly strategy meetings 

     

    Qualifications

    • Ability to take direction and to work independently to carry out a task
    • Ability to understand complex projects
    • Working knowledge of SalesForce preferred
    • Knowledge of other sales tracking programs considered
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 1+ year of sales, outside marketing, recruitment or comparable experience preferred

    Description

    We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to contact prescribers, practices, and healthcare systems to recruit participants for our innovative, online CME program. This person will be accountable for recruiting new participants and strategic partners as well as maintaining current relationships with strategic partners. The recruitment process includes corresponding with potential and existing participants via phone and email, cold calling potential healthcare systems, attending conferences and conducting webinars. This person will work closely with the REMS Project Team to carry out these initiatives, and will be involved in all parts of recruitment. The ideal candidate has experience in pain management, education, physician education, and/or opioid misuse.

    • Perform all recruitment activities required to maintain and to grow the number of participants involved in the program (initial and follow up phone calls, emails, cold calls, conferences, presentations, etc.)
    • Identify potential strategic and high volume partners and develop relationships with them
    • Leverage existing contacts and networks associated with our PainEDU program
    • Ability to listen and adjust value propositions to meet the needs of potential participants
    • Recommend recruitment approaches based on past experiences and knowledge of the field that will leverage the team’s efforts
    • Present project updates, analysis, and findings on a formal and informal basis to various levels of management
    • Participate in and/or lead the development of recruitment campaigns with team members
    • Establish and maintain positive working relationships throughout the organization
    • Ensure that all strategies have measurable outcomes based on effective metrics
    • Monitor and communicate recruitment status; define metrics, risks, issues, and mitigation plans; and adjust strategic approach to respond to project developments
    • Demonstrate a willingness and proficiency for thinking at a high level, while providing “hands on” assistance in specific project deliverables

     

    Qualifications

    • Working knowledge of SalesForce preferred
